FAQ

Are children allowed?

Yes Kids 5 and over who can swim are allowed to participate in our surf camp. Babies 2 and under can stay with us at no extra charge. Parents must bring their own sleeping arrangements for babies. All children 2 and older are charged $10 per night extra.

Can I bring my own surfboard?

Yes, in fact we encourage Level 3 and 4 surfers to bring their own board so that the advanced coaching we provide can be on equipment you’re comfortable with.

Can I just stay at the camp and not do the surf part?

Yes, we have stay only rates that include breakfast. Our social dinners are not included and you will be charged separately for these. You can also join in the surf a la carte.

What are social dinners?

Twice a week we make dinner at the camp for the purpose of socializing, hanging out, and meeting new people. While the camp is closed to visitors after sundown, on dinner nights we are open to everyone.  For guests of Flores Surf Camp, dinner is included at no extra charge.

Is there yoga, Crossfit, or martial arts nearby?

Yes, we actually offer yoga, Crossfit, Jiujitsu, Boxing, and Kickboxing as add-ons to your surf camp. For $100 per week you can join one of these activities everynight. Contact us for more info.

Can I cook or keep food at the camp?

Guests are allowed to keep food items in the refrigerator. We offer breakfast every morning and sell food on site which takes up a lot of the space in the kitchen. For this reason we ask that guests do not cook in the kitchen.

Can I throw a party at the surf camp?

Definitely. Our property is perfect for birthday parties, barbecues, movie nights, and available as a venue for your next event. Our only conditions are that our guests are welcome and the event is over by 10pm so we can all surf in the morning. Contact us for more info.
